Mega Menu error - by Francisco - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi there. How are you?
I have problems with the mega menu on my website. I am using Elementor.
First I need to know where this menu is located https://prnt.sc/1qozixl
Then I want to duplicate this, modify it and add to another category, but when I do, the new menu looks bad, https://prnt.sc/1qozl9r I also see that the menu I am looking for, when I see it from an incognito window it see different https://prnt.sc/1qozo9o
How can I correct and leave everything right? Thank you. Kind regards

Hello,

Theme Options > Speed optinization > Menu Dropdown Cache > Off, Static Blocks Cache > Off.
Make sure that you enabled the Elementor for static blocks, then go to Appearance > Menus > settings of menu item > you will find what static block is used for a particular menu item, then edit static blocks.
If you need any further assistance, provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
