Since we have been waiting for a response to another ticket for several days, I tried to install the theme from scratch in a test environment. I deactivated the license in the current site and tried to install it in a new wordpress, but when registering the code a sign tells me that I reached the limit of activations. Since I can’t do that test, now I want to reactivate the license on the original site and I get the same response …
