    Thanks for the reply.
Set administrator role for the user because we can’t access your Dashboard now.
    Also, we need FTP access.

    Hello,

I can’t access your Dashboard. /wp-admin redirects to my-account page, so it seems the role is not changed yet.
What is a password to FTP?

    Regards

    Hello,

Our option (Theme Options > Header builder > Account > Show Username As Title) takes Nickname , and it works correctly. Another thing, that email is used as nickname for your customer – https://imgur.com/1XlI2HK , go to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Accounts & Privacy > Account creation > unselect “When creating an account, automatically generate an account username for the customer based on their name, surname or email”. Then customers will be able to enter Username during registration and this information will be shown in the site header.

    Regards

it should say ziga32, not ziga. right?

As I can see, “Display name publicly as” is the same to the content of “Nickname (required)” field, by default, but if you select another value for “Display name publicly as” it will be displayed in the header. Please follow the recommendation from the previous reply.

What I’m saying is for ziga, it’s showing “Display name publicly” and for barbara it’s displaying “nickname”.

In this case, go to Theme Options > Header builder > Account > Show Username As Title > Off.
Sorry, but there is no other way.

    Regards
