Hello, there, but I encountered a problem and I do not know how to fix that, last Friday, I accidentally deleted the banner and a sub-banner which belong to a Enginner on Slider Revolution, now I want to know how to recover that, could you show me how to do that by sending me a video? And another question is, I want to change the images on the banner how should I do that? It would be quite appreciated if you guide me with all the video. Thanks a lot.

Hello,

The link to the image that you provided is broken. Please, provide us with a working screenshot (you can use the Gyazo tool). Provide us with WP Dashboard access to help you with the banner.

Another question is, if I want to change these banners and some other images like sub banner images, ABOUT US page image, could you directly show me how to do that by sending me a video recording? Thanks for your help in advance.

Download archive from this page – https://dropmefiles.com/mfYW7, then go to Slider Revolution > Manual import > select and import the archive. Go to edit page > Slider element > select the slider.

1. I am still not quite sure where can I find the “edit page > Slider element >” select the slider. Is this is the right place you are referring to? But I still can not find the Slider element > select the slider. Could you give me a video recording? Thanks.

2. I followed your advice, turned out the banner images are not in a standard size; some of them are pretty big, while others are not. Please kindly check that:

And I wonder how to change the sizes in the banner area?

3.The last question is, could you tell me the specification of the banner size? And does the file type of the banner has to be PNG? Does it have alternative file types?

2/ Slider takes the size of product images, for example, https://gyazo.com/5bdf4746a56955d29256da25e04617a4 Find your “Lithium Ion Hammerdrill product” and edit it https://gyazo.com/318e18de47ca53d8c93ad1152945e648 , change Featured image – https://gyazo.com/3a43cbd447fd7787f4b7cb69567b4e4d
3/ In our demo, we have 2 types of images:
– Images with size 600×600 in png format – Images of products which category is selected for the slider, they are with transparent background for the fine display on the slider.
– All other products have images in .jpg format, size 900×900. For example – https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/engineer/wp-content/uploads/sites/10/2015/12/7_1.jpg
