Why subscribe window not appearing when mouse cursor reach to close button ?

    Subscription window not appearing when curser reach to close button and subscriber registration not showing on the window.

    Sorry, I do not have software to capture screen video. Please refer to the screenshot, which shows the subscription form not loading.
    how can we change when and where to appear the subscription window?

    Now it appears on the newsletter page. Thank you. May I know where I can find the subscribers list, please?
    How can we enable a newsletter signup window pop-up every time customer move their mouse cursor to close tab Icon [X] ?
