1) You did not answer where you get messages about errors. What service provides such information? How we can test it?
2) Set administrator role for the user because we can’t access plugins

1/ Go to Multiple headers and delete this header https://prnt.sc/1qjivks
2/ We’ve created a new header that works https://prnt.sc/1qjismz
3/ Do not edit https://prnt.sc/1qjid2g and https://prnt.sc/1qjizha for that new custom header
4/ Translation of these blocks https://prnt.sc/1qjj2bo can be done via child theme. What text do you want to set there? We can provide an example of how to do it.
