Website not responding to changes made after update

    Hi there. After the recent update the website does not respond to any changes made whatsoever, plus the home page layout is incorrect after the update. If you check on this demo page, the layout of EVERYTHING on the home page is supposed to be the same as on this demo: https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/niche-market/
    Please check and fix – I’m also not able to update plugin XCore to version 4.0.4.

    Hello,

    XStore core plugin updated.
    1) Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue with the home page styles.
    2) Tell me what changes do you do that you don’t see them?

    Hi there

    Changes made but not showing on front end is for instance the static block item created for the “Smart Devices” menu item under All Departments. I’ve changed the static block item and I’ve selected the correct static block at the settings on the menu item itself, yet it does not react as it should.

    Furthermore, I haven’t used an FTP client for many many years, so I’m not sure if the info provided in the private content area is correct. Please check.

    What about FTP password? You missed that.

    Oh my goodness. I’m not even sure. Maybe try the cPanel Password. I’ll pop it in the private content area. I’ll ask the hosting company for the details in case this doesn’t work.

    Hi there. Thanks. The layout looks perfect now. However, I changed the menu item title on the static block “Smart Devices” but the change still doesn’t respond on the front end. Yet, I added the Smart Devices category to the list of categories under the blue image with pointing finger, and the change shows. So there must be a problem with the static blocks?
