Hello,
Provide us with FTP access to your site. We need to check the issue in more detail.
Reconnect your Jetpack plugin, please, because I disabled it to test the issue.

Hi,
FTP access we can’t provide sorry for that. Can you please fix this with Admin access?
Hello,
Nope because fix requires changes in theme and core plugin files. We need access only to wp-contet folder of your WP installation. So, you may create limited FTP access to that folder only if you don’t want to share access to the whole root directory.

Please try now with updated access.
Hello,
Now we get “EAI_NONAME – Either nodename nor servname provided, or not known” error.
Could you, please, tell me IP of your host to use it like host name?
