Cart does not shows item - by rameez - on WordPress WooCommerce support

When user visits site add product in cart and close then revisit after some hours cart item does not show please look into this seriously this is very critical issue

Hello,

Yes, because the WooCommerce session expired. WooCommerce session timeout is not related to the theme but to the WooCommerce plugin.

In cart if user try to increase item and its not in stock it does not show any message like it shows on other events

It works the same even with the default WC theme – Storefront – https://gyazo.com/6bc1a6a42b2bc11213f27cdc1078afac Because such functionality is independent of the theme and comes from WooCommerce. You can try to contact the support of WC, or submit a request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

Cart items showed zero until we navigate to any other page when we revisit site why there is so many issues with your theme regarding cart now I am not using off canvas even

Hello,

I tested your site and don’t see any problems with the number of items in the cart https://recordit.co/KVueqJgMWx

So, I don’t understand what is wrong for you with the cart. Problems with the cart count could be if you disable Ajax refresh fragments or if you use cache plugin that caches the cart actions and it’s not related to our theme. The Storefront theme will display the same issues.
