  It looks like the installation of the Core plugin was unsuccessful and you need to re-install the plugin via FTP.
  Please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will help you.

  I was reinstall my webiste and create new ftp account and now problem is solved. Thanks for help.
