Theme incompatibility with rankmath - by AliceG

When I load the product it does not open the rankmat tab for the snippet etc.

I did the diagnostic exam with Healt check and I deactivated all plug-ins. Rankmath worked until I reactivated the Xstore-Core plugin.
When I reactivated Xstore-Core the problem appeared again.

Can you help me?

I just tried from 3 different computers and it gives me the same problem. The rankmath window does not open

Hello,

That’s strange because works completely fine for me. Do you have that issue for the new products only or for all?
Do you have any js errors in the console?
Try to check from the incognito window. Do you have the same problem? Try from another PC. Do you have the mentioned issues?

I have the same error with all the products, even the older ones I uploaded in fact the SEO has dropped to 14/100 as if I had not completed the rankmath suggestions and entered the keyword. I tried from two other computers but it’s the same problem. From the incognito navigation, on the other hand, everything works perfectly. I do not understand why.

Hello,

It looks like a cache. Especially if from the incognito everything works ok for you.
For me, everything works ok for both normal and incognito windows.

I also cleaned the caches but nothing changes. I do not understand.
The strange thing is that when I used the Healt Check plugin it worked again. Then when I installed Xstore Core it stopped working again.
