    Hello,

    Thank you for using XStore.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check how the mobile menu works then.

    Regards

    Hi. Thanks for your reply.
I only installed few of your third party plugins. And I tried them one by one by removing, But still no luck.
When I go to theme customisation. I can able to click and it slide out mobile nav. But front end it doesn’t work.
I am not using any cache plugin.
    Please advise.
    Thank you.

    Hi,

I can’t see Appearance and Theme Options using these credentials.
Also, we need FTP access – FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port.

Hi. It’s sliding out now thank you. But I can’t see my main menu appearing. Do I need them again?
May I know what caused this issue?
By the way thank you for your time.

    Hello,

    You’re welcome!
The issue was caused by the cache of the scripts file.

But I can’t see my main menu appearing. Do I need them again?

    – could you describe it in more detail? As we can see, the Main menu is visible on your site.

    Regards

    Hi. Thanks for getting back.
Basically before this issue, my main menu appeared to be in mobile slide out menu. It’s not showing there any more.
I believe I can add that again from theme customisation. So should be ok? Isn’t it?

    Thank you.
