    Hi. There are problems with the static blocks, as they do not display the website properly. They look very bad. We created an image gallery and it does not show on the product page, so this hurts what we want to do in the development and there is no way to fix it from our side.

    However, the static blocks work fine on the store page, so we ask that you please don’t touch that, so we don’t go backwards in the development.

    Also, after they fixed the bugs that were on the site previously, the system looks quite strange, with the letters running and the layout out of position.

    Do you know what can cause the static block error? We need help. We are interested in continuing to use the template in all the projects we have, but you must do your part.

    We need you to fix the errors caused, because when installing the File Manager and making changes by your support team, the backend works, but it does not look normal. I hope you fix the bugs you caused, because WPBakery didn’t look so buggy. Also, we need you to respond because so far you haven’t done anything.

    I have already told you that we have a lot of requests from our customers and we can’t answer everyone immediately, we don’t have such many support staff to answer immediately to all the requests that we get. Don’t leave the low rating to manipulate our support because it does not help and we’ll have to contact Envato support about your manipulations.
    Don’t spam your own topic because every time you post a new answer your topic goes to the end of the enqueue

    So, provide us with link to product and to your Static block where you have the mentioned issue.

    How can we be patient if we encounter more bugs that, before your intervention, were not there like the AMP plugin bug that worked great on every website and now does not work.

    And what I do is not spam, it is a legitimate complaint because they have not done their job properly. So, we now need an answer to this situation.

    For example, in the checkout the AMP plugin does not work and, before it was working normally.

    As a workaround, we unfortunately deactivated the AMP plugin for pages only. For posts and products it still works fine. It is unpresentable that you accuse us of spamming, of trying to lobby, of manipulating you to make you work more, when the times you have tried to do something, you have ruined it more.

    This is NOT solved with a refund, because there was time, money and resources behind to give life to this online store and we want to have a lasting relationship with 8themes, because your template was good, worked well, in a correct way and has features that others don’t have and I really prefer to work with you. But don’t ruin it this way, seriously.

    If I’m hard and direct, it’s because I really want good results, because it will favor both parties. Greetings.

    Hello,

    The only one issue at this moment that was related to our theme is compare icon. I don’t see any other issues that you described and compare icon fix could not cause these problems.

    1) What about the previous issue with the image gallery inside the static block? You did not provide us with a link to the product where you have the mentioned issue. So, how could we check the issue to help you?

    2) I have enabled AMP for pages http://i.prntscr.com/y1kgq0gyQQeLS5vnQgaKxQ.png and don’t see any fatal error http://i.prntscr.com/ExzIcVjjRnKUnjnUm5PPtg.png
    Could you, please, tell me your steps to recreate the issue?
    Besides, I see that you use Cloudflare CDN, so log in to your account https://www.baskakowdesign.cl/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=cloudflare#/login to allow CDN cache clearing via Dashboard.
