  After installing the Xstore theme, when I tried to activate it; the Below message pop-up with a white screen ” There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. “.

  Once I checked the e-mail below Error Details were mentioned.

  An error of type E_PARSE was caused in line 410 of the file /home/monarrch/public_html/wp-content/themes/xstore/theme/functions.php. Error message: syntax error, unexpected ‘>’

  What can I do? Please help .

  Hello,

  What version of PHP do you use on your site? It should be 7.2 or higher.

  it’s PHP version 5.6.40.

  How can I update for the higher version?

  Hello,

  Contact your hosting provider and ask to update PHP at least to 7.2, better to 7.3.
