Hi
I have some issues to address:
1. after recent updates, my mobile second menu that uses widget and custom menu with icons is not showing the icons as before. and the menu does not cover whole width of the screen in tablet and mobile screen size. the color of text should be white and background #333333. The CSS used before:

.et_b_header-menu .nav-sublist-dropdown .item-link > i, .etheme_widget_menu .nav-sublist-dropdown .item-link > i {
margin-right: 5px;

2. the secondary menu in desktop screen is defaulted to open with right-side alignment. I need a CSS to force the menu to open left-sided (means the dropdown opens in left side of secondary menu icon).
3. in #2 the dropdown background color can be adjusted in global setting (with all other menus but i need a different color for secondary menus both in desktop and mobile (#333333) with white text and icons. can you provide the CSS for that?

4. How can I adjust the transition width from desktop to tablet mode? I guess theme transits at 922px from desktop mode to tablet/mobile mode.

Hello,

Update the theme to 8.0.2 and Core plugin to 4.0.2 https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Clear cache and check how it works then.
Provide some screenshots for a better understanding of your requests. You can use Gayzo or Lightshot screenshot tools to make and share screenshots.

no change after update.

2. screenshot https://prnt.sc/1fyimew why I need this is bcos of … https://prnt.sc/1fyjo01. if we can make it dynamic would be perfect means the menu opens according to screen size and never cropped.
3. i guess #3 is obvious, i just need the custom menu i built (desktop and mobile) to have white content and #333333 background. i cannot do this with your Dropdown menu settings.

And add to above the icon in mobile panel menu are connected to texts. Please provide the CSS to separate them.
I have raised this ticket last week, so please provide some feedback.

I managed to find some solutions. so i revisit the request: please help with below:

Apologies for the delay in our reply. We are dealing with a higher volume of support requests due to the new WP version and theme version releases. Thank you for your patience.

3. I see that you were able to change the color using custom CSS
4. Go to Theme Options > General > Mobile Header Starts From > change 992 to 750
5. Use the below custom to increase the size

.site-header .menu .side-menu i.fa-caret-square-down { font-size: 2rem !important; }

6. There are a lot of errors related to server in console logs https://prnt.sc/1gzizvz
Could you, please, provide us with the server error logs?

4) Contact your hosting provider to get the server error logs. I suppose you have some errors related to DB. Ask the hosting provider to fix them. Did you do any manipulation with your DB?

Thank for CSS.

4. I have contacted the host provider and they could not find any error related at server side.
To be sure, I did reset everything, created new DB and install wordpress and theme/plugins.
i believe the issue is coming from the Demo site. I did check widget area before installing the demo with no error. Appreciate if you can check the demo.
I also noticed that sometimes when i visit the site https://prnt.sc/1hi0p73, the link directed to blog page instead. FYI, I did set home page and blog page https://prnt.sc/1hi0drj.

Besides, you can enable old view of the widgets in Theme Options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel.
