  Hi we have issuing a problem with the logo in header.
  The theme shows two logo, the normal one and the retina. If i remove one it shows the Xstore logo. Why is this happen?

  If you don’t see it it’s because we have done a backup restore, to test you can launch the update of the theme.

  Hello,

  We don’t have issues with the header styles with the latest version of the theme. But if you copied the header.php file to the child theme you will need to update it and add the changes that were made in the parent theme.

  So, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to help you with the update.

  we have insert a style rule

  .fixed
  {
  display: none;
  }

  to not show the double logo. You can check in the CSS section of the theme.

  Hello,

  You copied out of date header.php file to the child theme and it caused the issue.
  If you need to add custom script to header use Insert Footers and Headers plugin. I removed the out of date header.php. Check now.
