I left my site in maintenance mode for a few days. And when I came back, I found the site completely disfigured, all the products had disappeared from the home (although they still appear on the woocommerce panel). The header is totally defaced. What happened from the beginning of June until now is surreal. I can’t understand. I want a solution. I even managed to get back to the site, but it has the header, menu – misconfigured and many other things. My server support even identified a problem in the x-core plugin that prevented me from even accessing the admin panel. Had to disable this plugin to be able to enter the panel. My server support even identified a problem in the x-core plugin that prevented me from even accessing the admin panel. Had to disable this plugin to be able to enter the panel. I need an urgent solution for the ready re-establishment of my website settings.

    Hello,

I don’t see problems with your site if the latest version of the theme and XStore core plugin are installed. If you update the theme make sure that you also updated the XStore core plugin to the required version.

The problem is with the XStore Core plugin itself. Stop blaming your customers guys. There are multiple of the same issues logged – does not seem like you guys are taking responsibility for the XStore Core plugin being faulty.

You are kidding. How does it not exist? The company’s posture is ridiculous. Let’s assume there is a critical error with both this major theme version (8.0) and this blessed
xcore that in addition to breaking the entire page, decoded the header and footer

    Hello, @pablochaves

You updated theme to version 8.0 and used XStore core plugin 3.2.11. It was the reason of the issue. Once I updated XStore core to version 4.0 everything was ok. I can’t check your site because of the DB error https://prnt.sc/1d767n8 Did you change something after my update?

    Regards

    Hello, @malizacp

We don’t blame anyone. But I saw the customer admin and could tell you that XStore theme 8.0 requires XStore core 4.0, it won’t work with the oldest versions of the XStore core plugin and would cause the issue.

Hi, Olga. I managed to fix the site after I had done this X.Core 4.0.1 and xstore 8.0.1 theme update. WordPress gave a bug when updating its version and ended up creating another installation. That’s why it gave this conflict and this error in the database. But it’s already been fixed. I believe that everything has returned to normal already. I hope so. Thanks
