while i was trying to activate xstore theme it shows me this error :: API request call error. Common problem caused by SSL certificate. Please check it here. Contact your server provider in case your certificate does not exist or has some errors.

what can i do ? im using namecheap hosting service

Hello,

Contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.35
To activate theme your site should be able to make request to our server and get a response.

Hello,

Did you contact your hosting provider? Maybe they have any firewall?
Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

i contacted them and yeah theres no firewall. im providing my logins here

You can use 1 license for 1 project(dev and production sites) according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

You have already used your license for 2 different projects https://gyazo.com/d1fb9378b63f3d49553a56a9810c8a9d https://gyazo.com/7796dba2e005918e5de1117ab503e0cc

So, if you want to start the new project you should either remove our theme from the mentioned projects or buy the new license.

Log in to the Dashboards of these projects and remove our theme.

i have removed those websites as i dont need them , still showing same error , i have also cleared cache and database of my previous projects
