  The Testimonial Slider and Instagram on our website is off for some reason.

  It was working properly at one point.

  Can you take a look and let me know how to fix it?

  Hello,

  Disable jetpack plugin. Contact plugin author to fix the issue, it is caused by plugin update and is not related to our theme.
