    Good morning,
I wanted to know if the theme was compatible with Autoptimize. I tried to install it but the page broke and I had to restore the previous backup.
    I don’t know what happened.
Are there any Autoptimize settings that you can recommend to me in order to avoid it?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Our theme supports Autoptimize plugin. Do you use any other third-party plugin on your site? Maybe one of them does not support Autoptimize? Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to check the issue?
Besides if you have any problems with this plugin there is no need to restore backup, just disable plugin and that’s all.
Also, if you are looking for a good plugin for optimization we would recommend you to try Nitro Pack plugin.

    Regards

I tried to delete the plugin but the problem continued so I was forced to restore the backup to the day before.
Before Autopmize I had Fast Velocity Minifi and now it is installed on the site.

Can I still give you the credentials to check if everything is working fine?

I would like to solve the Page Speed Test Insigne error of “eliminate render-blocking” and I don’t know if with these basic settings the problem will be solved.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

I see that you use a lot of third-party plugins, so maybe one or a few of them just did not support CSS or JS minification and combine options of the Autoptimize plugin. Not sure about this.
Try Nitro Pack plugin and check if it helps you with the “eliminate render-blocking”.

    Regards

I just saw that the site is all white so I guess minify is the problem. Because even this one I have now doesn’t make it work.
Can I uninstall it and install Nitro Pack plugin simply?

    Hello,

The blank page is not related to the theme but to your server settings, I suppose, because even if I disable all the plugins and enable the default Storefront theme your home page is blank https://prnt.sc/17n42ol . So, contact your hosting provider about this.

Thank you very much for helping! I contacted the hosting support and actually they had updated the php and some plugins I have are not yet compatible with the new version. This was the main problem.
If I wanted to install the plug-in that you recommended, Nitro Pack, I just have to deactivate the other one and install this one right?

    Hello,

You are welcome. Almost all the plugins should support PHP 7.4 because it’s stable version. But PHP 8 is not supported by some plugins.

If I wanted to install the plug-in that you recommended, Nitro Pack, I just have to deactivate the other one and install this one right?

I don’t know about compatibility with the other cache plugins, so yes. It would be better to disable another cache plugin and enable this one.

    Regards
