  Hello, there are two issues in my website, please give me some instructions to fix it.
  1. Areas for related posts or products are doubled.
  Please find the link and screenshots in Private content area.
  How could I remove the one marked as red in the image?

  2. WPML translations for the product category boxes in Home page don’t work.
  (English version is still in Chinese.)
  How could I translate this area?

  Hello,

  1/ As we can see, this content was added by jetpack, so contact authors of the plugin to get assistance or add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:

  .jp-relatedposts {
      display: none !important;
  }

  2/ Have you tried to contact support of WPML? Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

  1.Many thanks! The first error is OK now.
  2.Regarding to the product category translation, it’s really hard to find the strings in WPML.
  It was a “Banner with mask” element in Elementor page.
  Could you please take a look for me?
  Wp-admin access is provided in Private content area.

  Hello, Rose Tyler,
  I’ve found the solution!
  Just in English version page, and hit “Edit with Elementor”
  Replace all the Chinese wordings with English one.
  That’s all!
