Hello,

i have problems importing the Jewelery Demo. I uploaded the ess_grid_1 2.1 2.2 and 3. But for some reason the revolution sliders would not upload as well as the jewelery template once i click on install version.
Can you please help me out?

Hello,

Please ask your host to enable allow_url_fopen function and increase post_max_size and upload_max_filesize values.
After that try to install template again.

You want me to ask domain factory to allow allow_url_fopen function and to increase post_max_size?

Is that what causes the issue?

Also the documentation index says: Upload file royal_ess_grid.json with essential grid.
But in the folder theres no such file as royal_ess_grid.json. Where can it be found?

Hello,

You need ask your hosting provider where your site is hosted to enable that function and increase functions values on a server. Deactivation of those functions may cause issues with the template installation.
Essential Grid demo pages can be found in the theme package that you downloaded.
