Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check how the product works then.

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

I’ve tried to create a new test product and the single product page of it works fine. Try by yourself to create a new Ceyda product and monitor on what step the problem occurs.
Also, check how it works when the default WC theme is activated. If the same problem persists with Storefront theme, contact the support of WooCommerce plugin.

There is no problem when I create another product, I tested it too. There is already another product on the site that is not a problem at the moment. But I could not understand why there is a problem with the current product.

Have you checked if this works when a default theme is activated on your site?
Go to Appearance > Themes > Add new > install and activate Storefront theme – default official WooCommerce theme. Check the product page when the Storefront theme is enabled. Do you have the mentioned issue with the Storefront theme?
You can enable XStore theme again after this test.

I’m getting the same error with the Storefront theme. In this case I guess the problem is not with XStore. However, if you have any suggestions to help me understand the problem, I’d be happy to hear it.
I’m also glad that the problem is not XStore related. It’s nice and a theme that I want to keep using.
