  I was playing with the several templates, and it doesn’t give me an option to choose the demo version. When I do, it still chooses the header template that was originally chosen.

  Hello,

  It is recommended to run import on fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch. It is recommended to disable the theme https://prnt.sc/unle03 before the reset.

  If you do not want to do the reset now, provide URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access. Header content of which demo version do you want to get? We will try to import it manually.

  @Rose Tyler – I definitely don’t want to do that. I’ve spent lots of time on the website already.

  I would like the Medical2 header, please and thank you. It was originally what I had, until I choose another header to play around with.
