Blurry product thumbnails - by Noelle - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,
I have some issues with my webstore.

The thumbnails gallery look very blurry and they look like they are zoomed in
The product images from my dropshipper seem to be high res.

Also, I have decreased the prices, but now all items have a SALE label, which shouldn’t be the case.

How can this be fixed?

2) Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Sale > disable the Sale label

Hi, changing the thumbnail size seem to make the problem even worse.

I don”t know what the standard sizes are for the thumbnails either, the photos now have all different sizes it seems after changing the dimensions.

The issue with the label dissapeared with the disabling, however there is still an old price and a new price. this shouldn’t be the case either.

Is it possible to login and solve both the issues for me? Thank you

Hello,

1) Check images now.
2) How did you decrease the price? I see that you set the sale price https://prnt.sc/13gzou8 So, you have the old price and sale price. Everything according to your settings.

Hi Olga,

unfortunately the images seem to be still all mixed up size wise. For example https://ibb.co/Rzw2YXZ

The way they should be is https://ibb.co/LnnJTLb, if you click on the different categories some images are fine, others are large

Is there maybe a way to reset the thumbnail sizes to original?

Is there a way the sale price becomes the regular price? This must have gone wrong when importing the xml.

Hello,

1) Images should be ok. Try to clear the browser cache, please.
2) Oh, i don’t know the option to move the sale price to the regular one. You can remove the sale price using bulk edit, for example https://gyazo.com/d348d5e68018db7d62706b38d79859ef and then decrease the regular price using % or fixed amount. Or manually edit products and change the price.

Thank you for your help.

I am afraid that there are still issues with the images. Not sure why.
I checked, and all categories still have enlarged photos and blurry ones. Some have been resized to normal thumbnails but most of them seem to enlarged and still blurry. Is it possible to just reset the thumbnails to the original 8theme sizes? Because the problem doesn’t seem to go.

Hello,

There is no need to regenerate thumbnails.
1) What browser do you use? Chrome? Install https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn and clear browser cache.
2) If you still have the issue then provide a link to the category where you still have the problem with the images.
