After Xstore update style reseted to defaults. Site looks like a mess, some content dissapeared. Now is not even reading new CSS styles I apply. CSS added through Theme’s Additional CSS was completely deleted. This is really bad for my shop. Please, tell me what to do to solve this issue. I am using Child Theme as recommended, so this is not suppose to be happening. There is no backup available because last back up was also taken by the update. Regards

    Hello,

Do you have any errors today? Because I tried to open customizer and plugins and got the 503 error https://gyazo.com/70e9236304c6d96fa29fc340cc8209f5
It looks that something is wrong with your server settings.

    Regards

    Hello,

Yes, because I didn’t receive any news from you for a couple of days (even though it was your Themes fault that everything broke in my site) I had to reset almost everything. Of course now it is working fine because I returned to Xstore previous version. The new one is broken. If I am not receiving proper support and I can’t update the Theme, what is it that I am getting for the product I bought? Tell me, please. Because I wasn’t even explained what happened that everything resetted to dafaults after update…

    Hello,

But you told that you don’t have backup. I have updated theme to the latest version and don’t see any issues with the theme styles or custom CSS. Everything works. So, probably some issue happened with your DB during the update if you lost the styles.

    Regards

Hello, after I updated the Theme the whole styles reseted to defaults and the site was a whole mess. I found a backup from the end of april and had to roll back the site to that moment, losing data and having to redo the styiling. There was no issue with the DB. Are you going to answer at least one of my questions? –>

    Hello,

Are you going to answer at least one of my questions?

I’m ready to answer all your questions but I saw just one question – “what to do to solve this issue” and I tried to help you by asking about backup.
Point is that if all the styles reset you could restore them only restoring your DB because the theme saves theme options to the DB. If you don’t have a backup of the DB or theme options backup (Theme Options > Import/Export > download the export file to a safe place) we can do nothing with this.
I have updated theme and core plugin and I don’t see any issues with the site styles or customizer, so I assume that something went wrong during your update. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you what exactly was wrong because I did not see your actions and your server performance during the update.

Anyway, we would recommend you to create a staging site before the next theme update, after that update theme on the staging site first and if everything is ok then update the production site.

    Regards
