  Hello,

  1) Enable page builder for your static blocks https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/

  2) Edit Banner on Shop page static block

  3) If you want to remove that banner go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > remove static block shortcode from page banner area.
