  Hello,

  1) Our news page is the blog page that displays all the posts you have using the layout that you set in Theme Options > Blog > Blog layout > Grid https://prnt.sc/12aq3q9
  So, create blog page, set it as the blog in Settings > Reading and choose grid layout in theme options for the blog.

  2) Use XStore Studio to import template of the Delivery Rules page https://gyazo.com/d50811405f5083b4420c1431126a7363
