  Hi,

  Is there any way to import a demo template without importing categories, products, pages etc.
  I have a store with over 12.000 products, i want to import one preset to change it to my taste, but i understand it will override some data.

  Hello,

  Thanks for contacting us.
  You can import not a full demo but some components, for example – https://prnt.sc/123ct3t
  or import data using .XML files – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/
  Do this on staging site first, to prevent a mess on your live site. Create a staging site – a full copy of the existing one.
