  My Log In / Sign In menu got no registration form and no Mail Chimp Subscribe button even though I have enabled it in the MC4WP plugin setting.

  Hello,

  Yes, it is correct, you need to enable registration in the settings of WooCommerce plugin. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Account creation
