Yes it works!
Hello again,
I’m here again as you can see from a recent topic trying to explain (again) our problem.
We are facing an issue with the loading time of our e-commerce. We have tested this link:
https://lorenzetti.luxury/product-category/donna/
because is the most visited as catalog page of woman’s dresses.
As you can see from the screenshot below the page loading is too high:
https://prnt.sc/11c7zy8
Then we have change theme with a random one to test again the loading time:
https://prnt.sc/11c81j9
So as you can see is faster, and have less request. I thing your Theme is too heavy, here I link other images that can help you understand why:

Hello,
Did you notice that you compare pages with different sizes https://prnt.sc/11cdh5h ?
Of course, you’ll have different speeds. Could you, please, provide screenshots of the report by page content below the speed results on the pingdom? I suppose size is increased becasue of images that you have on that page. So, optimize your images using https://tinypng.com/ for example and reduce the page size to 2MB and test page speed after that and compare results with our theme and default theme.
Regards
Yes but the size changed when i changed the theme.
Just changed with a random one, the product and element are the same because the link is the same…so the size is still linked to the XStore theme, i didn’t change nothing else
Hello,
Number of products that you use on that page could be different, also additional images in footer, header, newsletter that you use when our theme is enabled. Switch to our theme and let me know. I’ll test and tell you what increases the size.
At this moment another theme is enabled on the site that you provided link to.
Regards
Yes, we have another one now because the e-commerce is online, and every minute we stay offline or every person we lost because of the slow of the site is an economic issue.
I understand what you mean, but the other theme pre-load the image and all the content than in the background load all the CSS and extra data. It seems that Xstore pre-load everything so this is why the loading time is so high. This is not good, I think is better for UX to show immediately the most visible content with a pre-load than during navigation load the other content.
I can’t switch now, I am asking you because this theme is paid so I am expecting that you analyze the problem and provide a non-common solution but one that fixes already the problem. The problem is not the images, is evidence that with an equal number of images another theme loads the website faster than the XStore theme.
Regards
Hello,
Every case of the site speed is very individual. We are working on general speed improvements of the XStore theme and plan major update a few months later.
But anyway every single site requires personal attention to speed issues.
If you decided to switch to another theme we can give you refund for the XStore.
