  Hi,
  you have a problem with the insert of new topics.

  I’ve tried to ask you 5 times the same things in 5 different topic today but every time the topics seem to be lost nowhere.

  maybe you have a block on the number of characters in the topic form? ?

  Why your UX designer doesn’t think to advise the community about that?
  It was annoying to write 5 times the same topic and not have it visible in the list, I imagine that even you have not arrived. In the screenshot you can see that the topic was somehow created but is not loaded probably because of the high number of characters.

  We don’t have characters limit. Could you, please, provide us with video of the issue for better understanding of your actions to reproduce the issue and fix it?
