    Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail and help you?

    Hello,

Issue appears if Massive Addons plugin is enabled. It’s know issue https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=79&filter=all#comment_18518641
So, contact your hosting provider and ask to increase SubstituteMaxLineLength to 10 or 20Mb.

    Regards

Thank you for your quick check. My provider can not change maxlinelenght to 10 or 20. They just can not do it. It would cost me more than 100€. Is there any different option?

    Kind regards.

    Hello,

That’s strange because I have added the mentioned code to your .htaccess file and everything works.

    Regards
