Error in woo.php file when updating Xstore theme to latest version

I updated theme core and I got this error (here attaches) that there is a function not defined in theme files.
I was able to manually fixed that error by editing in the file (wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/woo.php) and re-declared the function that causes the error.

Can you please let me know if it is a known error and how to fix it directly in the theme?

Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access, please. Have you updated both: XStore theme and XStore core plugin to latest versions?

These errors happened when we updated both XSTORE and XSTORE CORE.

Hello,

You missed to provide FTP access to your site. I suppose that problem caused by your child theme and changes that you made there, especially in theme-functions https://prnt.sc/11iyywz
If you want to change any function you need to copy only function code (not whole the file with all the functions!) from parent theme to child theme fucntions.php and edit this function according to your needs.

Provide FTP to check my guess.

Hello,

What changes did you make in xstore-child/framework/theme-functions.php , xstore-child/woocommerce/content-product-slider.php, xstore-child/woocommerce/content-product.php ? I had to rename these files because the versions you have in the child there out of date. So, you need to tell me what changes you made there to move them to updated copies.
