  How to add megamenu submenu? In theme options, All Departments … I can add Secondary Menu Item … Elementor Static Block, but it is not expanded.
  You can see in last two items in Departments menu, or in Main menu too.
  First item in Department menu is that from demo.
  Question 2: How to switch on and off that New and Hot flags near 3rd and fourth Departments menu items?

  Hello,

  1) Watch video tutorial on how to create mega menu using Static Block https://youtu.be/f07MBdnFPfk but instead of the WPBakery use Elementor https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/

  2) Go to Appearance > Menus > edit your menu and turn off the label https://prnt.sc/117bdk5

  3) Also, I would recommend you to check the video tutorials of the header builder https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG
