Hello there, hosting company brought a problem to our attention, suggesting that we contact theme developers about it
We have excessively high CPU usage and a lot of errors related to the theme in the wordpress error log of this kind:

On another note : there has been a new theme update but we had all the strings from locotranslate lost on the last update, could you give some insight about is it safe to update the theme at this current time for the translations

Hello,

1) Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue with the fatal error in more detail.

2) Make sure that XStore theme and XStore core plugin translation files placed into wp-content/languages/themes and wp-content/languages/plugins folders, not into wp-content/themes/xstore/languages folder.

Check the destination folder of our user, we need access to your WP installation.

Could you also tell me your actions when you get the mentioned error?
Do you use the variation gallery option for your variable products? Could you, please, provide me link to such product?
