  When The user clicks on the add-to-basket button, the button loads very very slow, and when it does, it opens the categories panel no the cart panel.

  Hello,

  Provide correct wp-admin access, please.
  Make sure that the Shop page is selected in WooCommerce > Settings > Products.

  The product set is the home not the shop as the home is a list of categories. I made the same example on this website: http://tatera-qatar.com
  and works fine

  If you want to redirects to the Cart page after click on the button, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Add to cart behaviour > Redirect to the cart page after successful addition
