    Theme Options > Header Builder > add widgets elements into the Top header area.
    Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.

    The problem is caused by your custom CSS code, for example, http://prntscr.com/112yawl (Theme Options > Additional custom CSS), it hides the Top header area, so any content you added in this area is not visible.
