Hello,

Do you use Optimize CSS delivery option of the WPRoket plugin? Sometimes it may cause the mentioned issue.

Hello,

Do you have this problem when a default theme is activated on your site?
What version of XStore do you use? What version of the Core plugin? Provide a screenshot from XStore > System Requirements. Do you use cache plugin or server cache? Do you use CDN? Could you temporarily disable all kinds of caching and test then? Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

now i cant open my dashboard in chrome . second i am using latest version of theme and core plugin. yes i use wp rocket plugin . and i use cloudflare also . .my error is fix when i request on google fix it . but why i got this issue many times i got this issue on differents pages…

Hello,

We’ve asked to check how it works with the default theme, because do not see anything that may cause the issue from our theme side.
Also, do tests with 3rd party plugins disabled. Because one of plugins may cause the error.
Also, try to contact the support of your hosting provider, maybe server error log will give some useful information.

Describe the situation in more detail, please. What error do you get, provide a screenshot or video?
In what browser it works? Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can try to login. Maybe your Chrome browser is old or has an additional extension that causes the issue.

i cant open my dashboard only on chrome they show 404 page .. but i can open on edge, chorme (incognito mode )

Hello,

You provided FTP access, but I’ve asked about access to the Dashboard. However, check how it works when a default theme is activated on your site. It looks like something that independent of XStore. If 404 is shown when you open the dashboard, even with another theme activated, contact your hosting provider and ask about assistance. We can’t help in questions that are unrelated to our theme.

There are lot of SEO plugins available you can use one of them according to your requirements. Yoast and All-in-one-SEO both plugin are good but We recommend you to try them yourself and choose which is better for you.
