You can set your Newsletter popup by going to Dashboard > XStore > Theme Options > Newsletters https://prnt.sc/10tp3us

Thank you for your help. I performed the settings on my site but did not open the popup actually nothing happens. I realized something that worried me. Inside the customizer when I look for my static blocks they do not appear. I’m afraid it’s some conflict of plugins I’ll give you the list of plugins I currently use with the theme.
Hello,
Make sure that you added Newsletter element into the Header content, for example – https://prnt.sc/10uw8e6
To find out if any error was caused by an additional plugin, disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of your browser, and check how it works then.

Thank you i managed to set up with your tips, however still have a little time on newslatter when looking for the static block do not appear the others so I can choose other models that I do to test. It’s as if the query is searching for the blocks in the database and having limited the return. All that’s left to solve is for me to shut down my ticket. There are still more static blocks
Hello,
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
