  Then I originally unbind the serial number of the website, but it can’t be activated back.

  According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
  We can see 4 different sited where the theme was activated – http://prntscr.com/10rfwrk
  In case you are working on different projects you need to purchase more licenses.

  I only use one site per license.I am one of them and need to be replaced with a new one. Once removed, I can’t replace it again.
