Issue With Product Page Thumnails Gallery

Hi,
pls go here….

1. as you can see the gallery thumbnail is big like the feature image and not small.
2. When you make click to thumbnail open image in lightbox, but it should just change the image above and if you click on image then open in lightbox

Hello,

Firstly we could not check what you built on your Elementor Single builder because your Elementor pro license was expired (http://prntscr.com/111bhbc) so we just dug into code to see what was wrong with gallery and here you are:

When you are using Elementor Pro Builder for Single product you should know that Elementor Builder enqueues some actions and files that are needed for some elements on specific page/post_type (product images => product-image.php).
Why it was not working ? – as you know our theme has many settings for Single product and among them you could find that you are able to change gallery types -> http://prntscr.com/111b92w, zoom on images etc.
Checking of those options in theme (if it is enabled/disabled) are in different files of XStore theme and one about gallery conditions is named woocommerce/content-single-product.php. When you are using Elementor Pro then this file is not included but instead of it Elementor adds its own wrapper with specific classes and attributes http://prntscr.com/111bchc => http://prntscr.com/111bdzg. Now we have added those conditions to another file of your child-theme/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php and now your gallery is working as it should.
Please, check now and take our apologies for such a long delay in answering.

thank you very much for your help. We really appreciate it
Two more questions pls…

1. The test.crb.gr domain you make the changes is of course a test domain. I add this file
child-theme/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php
in the normal website , the gallery works BUT in lightbox the background in vlack and you cannot see the arrows. Pls see attached images
https://prnt.sc/111s70t is the lightbox in real site,
https://prnt.sc/111s7k8 is the lightboxstyle in the test.crb.gr that works great. We want this style.

2. We use the elementor product builder, we have create a single product template and we have apply it to all products. The only issue we have is that in each product –> Edit Product –> [8theme] Product Options –> Additional custom block
when we add a custom block its not showing in product page because i guess we use elementor.
Can you also pls do the fix in child theme in order to use the template from elementor for the product page and also to be able to add a custom block from the product page and this showing up in product page

Hi, excuse my English (they are not perfect and perhaps we don’t write well what we need) and it seems that we did not explain the problem very well.

First of all, let’s make it clear that we do not require additional customization.

We need the existing functionality of the theme to work as it supposed to with Elementor.
We need in the product page when we add a static block the static block to display in the product page. Now it does not display appear because there is a problem or conflict or I don’t know how to describe it between the theme or the theme files and Elementor.

This should not be happening because the theme is compatible with Elementor.

When we use Elementror functionalities (in our case a product template that we made in elementor), we expect the theme not to have a problem and the theme’s functionalities (in our case display static block in product page, when we enable the option) to work properly.

Now that it does not work properly (for reasons that we are not responsible) I don’t believe that this is a customization. It’s clear that it’s a problem that needs to be resolved.

Hello,

Additional Custom Block is theme feature. Elementor Pro plugin does not include additional features of all the existing themes. So, it does not have any special element to display that information and it’s not a compatibility issue!
You may add the below code to child theme functions.php and create shortcode to display additional information block and add [additional_product_info] shortcode to single product content created using Elementor pro plugin to display that
