Hello, you are well, if Allâh, our Lord, wants it …

I have a question: are the shortcodes in the email builder directly linked to our woocommerce so that they link to elements? For example: does this button, in the image, lead directly to the order page specific to the customer’s email? Or do we have to make changes on our own?

    Thank you

    Hello,

Edit the button element and choose the link you need for the button https://prnt.sc/10034v4

Ok, thanks, but if there is already something like this (image 1).

Is it automatic and connected to my woocommerce? Because for each order, the link will surely be different, right?

And concerning the shortcodes as in image 2, is it linked to my woocommerce? So that each user will have his name displayed as well as the number of his order etc …?

    Thank you

    Hello,

You can make a test order to check such details because it will be better to trust yourself.
The testing section you can find on the right side.

Sorry, but I don’t understand what you are telling me … Trust me?

I think it was you who provided me with this plugin and thank you by the way so it will be much better for you to explain to me I think …

I understood what you told me by rereading without translating, but precisely, in the test email, the button does not lead anywhere. Isn’t it automated with woocommerce? Because how do you know the link to the order of each customer?

    Hello,

We can’t fix the email builder issue without FTP. We need access to wp-content folder only. You can create user with limited permissions to this folder only and remove it once we finish.

    Hello,

You provided us with FTP access to empty directory http://prntscr.com/106mbp4
Please change the user destination folder to your WP installation.
Also, we can’t pass your captcha to login and our support is locked https://prnt.sc/106mkns
