Hello,

When customers register on your site they will be logged in only to their shop account on the site, not to WordPress admin panel.
Please don’t worry.

Hi Eva,

Thank you for the reply. I just tried to log in to the website on the drop-down log in form as a shop customer, in user name area, I input the registered email address and password, after click login, it will direct to http://scutumtech.com/wp-login.php and said the user name and password is incorrect (which I understand it is because the account is a woocommerce customer account).

However, if I do not use that drop down login form and just click on login link on the header, it will direct to http://scutumtech.com/my-account/ where I can use the shop customer account details to log in without a problem.

So, I fell the problem is that the drop-down login form is directing to the wp-login.php NOT the woocommerce login page, please advise how to fix the problem, thanks.

Please check login form now.
I’ve been redirected to the site account page (not WP page) after logged in via drop down form.

Hello,

Please add this code into custom.css file:

.login-link .login-popup { display: none !important; }

How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
