Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

We are waiting for FTP access from you – FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP. If you don’t know what the FTP is then you need to contact your hosting provider. Hosting support knows.
About another license, provide it via Private content area + URL and temporary wp-admin access of site where it should be activated.

Also, ask your hosting provider about the server error log.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache, and check Theme Options then.

Cache cleared, turned off everything and nothing happened. I reinstalled the theme too, but nothing happened.

We are still looking for solution. We are able to show theme options when Kirki plugin is installed separately but we are looking for reason why it does not work without external plugin. Need more time, unfortunately.
