  In mobile mode the menu does not respond.
  I click on the extend menu button and it doesn’t respond

  Hello,

  You have js errors in console http://prntscr.com/w5cci7 I suppose this is the reason of your issue. Do you use third-party plugins or cache plugin? Try to disable them and check the mobile menu after that. If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
