  have same issue before , my ticket was solved but i crashed my website then reset it and upload again , having the same issue .looking for help , thank you.

  Hello,

  Your theme was activated. You just did not install the XStore core plugin that is required to use the theme.

  Hi , its fixed thank you , but just incase i want to learn , i tried to install xstore core plugin many times before i made a ticket .Using google chrome , is it coz of browser ? , because each time , i tried it , it failed to install , just in case i wanna learn . Thank you again.

  Hello,

  Maybe the timeout of your server was reached and the plugin was not fully installed if you install it from XStore > Plugin installer. You may try to install the plugin using XStore core plugin archive (Plugins > Add new > upload) that you can find in the same folder where theme archive, downloaded from ThemeForest.
