    1) go to a shop item a moment before you can see the item picture loaded in the same area appear the background with cats used in every page but smaller to fit the shop pic area

    2) it works on admin side but if you got to home with a browser with cleared cache (i use firefox dev and an extention to clear chache ..and also ctrl+r ) the pics are loading forever

    Hello,

    1) Do you want to remove this background image from the Shop page? Dashboard > Pages > Edit Shop page > [8theme] Layout options > Custom background image > select “white-bg” image from your media library.
    2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.

    Regards

    1) not from the shop page itself… the background the issue is only behind the big product image before its loading..for a second (look at this pic) https://ibb.co/s1n81QN

    2) disabled everything not solve the problem

    Hello,

    1) Try to add the next code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS:

    .swipers-couple-wrapper .swiper-wrapper img {
        background-image: none !important;
    }

    2) Provide temporary FTP access, our technicians will check the problem with the slider more deeply.

    Regards

    Why WPBakery plugin is enabled on your site? As I can see, the Elementor is your main page builder, so the WPBakery can be disabled.
    Maybe the content of this page was edited using 2 different editor and it caused the problem. When we add a slider element on another page, it works fine.
    Try to create a new page using the Elementor only and add the slider there. If it works fine on the new page, you need to add other content on this new page and set this page as home https://prnt.sc/w2ikt9

    I thought it was mandatory the activation of wpbackery… as it says:

    Massive Addons: Please install and activate WPBakery Page Builder to use this plugin

    but no problem wp backery is not used and everything is made with elementor only.
    tnx
