  Hi there. I’ve updated both the theme and core. However, dashboard still shows update available. I updated via FTP and also WordPress, deactivated and activated, cleared history of browser, purged Cache and enabled development mode. No cigar.

  I think the problem may be that it reflects Version 7.2 (not 7.2.0) and 3.2 (not 3.2.0) maybe that is why wordpress is unable to reconcile the version. How do I edit this to try and see if it solves the problem?

  Hello,

  Go to Dashboard > Updates > click “Check again” button.

  Hi Olga, I’ve clicked Check Again multiple times. Basically I’ve gone through all the basic steps, including
  1) Upload via FTP
  2) Deactivate and Activate Theme
  3) Clicked Check Again multiple times
  4) Cleared Browser History and Cache (Cache purged and development mode enabled on server)
  5)Updated Theme and Core via WordPress (Dashboard)
  6) Updated Core via Plugins
  7) Updated Theme under Appearance > Themes

  I’m sure i’m missing one or two basic steps in the list above, but basically i’ve gone through all the basic steps i can think of.

  Hello,

  Provide us with the temporary WP Dashboard access to your site to check the issue in more detail. As a rule, if you updated theme and plugin to the latest versions and use the Check again button then notification about update should disappear.
