Header & footer images for logged in users do not adjust

Hello,

If I am in the upper header area, it will be for all who are not registered, but for those who are registered, the “standard” will still be moved. I’ve heard the cache before and the problem still persists.

What exactly do I have to set so that the surface looks the same for everyone? Many thanks in advance
